Rocksteady

This was for a Concept Art project of re-designing characters from an existing book/story/movie. However... I didn't find much that I wanted to change about him. He's an angry rhino-man thug in a wifebeater, it's timeless! I've included the original line art and the photoshop colored version side by side.
