This Wolverine picture was originally drawn by Gabriele Dell'otto. He's a badass painter from Italy. I am pretty happy with my digital interpretation of his work. I kept the shirt a bit stylized and loose but I paid a lot of attention on the lighting, highlights and tones used on the face. I had to adjust the contrast with a curves adjustement on the whole image halfway through because my core shadows were not dark enough. I will have to work on my ability to judge contrast and darks.
